The SelectTech® 552i Adjustable Dumbbells are versatile and allow you to perform a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your entire body. You can do leg exercises such as wide squats, calf raises, stiff-leg dead lifts, as well as standing, reverse and side lunges. Target your back muscles with alternating rows, wide rows, and dead lifts. Sculpt your chest with flat, incline and decline chest presses as well as flat and incline fly variations. For abdominal exercises tone up with ab, reverse and side crunches. Lying leg raises and lying trunk rotations will also define your core muscles. Do standing, concentration, incline bench, Scott/preacher and hammer curls to exercise your arms. Also work your arms with overhead triceps extensions, triceps kickbacks, and lying triceps extensions. You can also strengthen your shoulders with standing shoulder presses, lateral raises, seated overhead presses, front raises, rear delt rows and shrugs.
